MidAtlantic Book Publishers Association

I just got back from PMA University and Book Expo America. All I can say is, wow! PMA University was really helpful. I learned a lot and made some good contacts. If you didn't get a chance to go this year, I hope that you can find a way to go next year. Next year's BEA will be in New York, so it'll still be pretty convenient for those of us in the mid-Atlantic area. 2008 will be in Los Angeles, so that will be more of a hike.

For those of you who couldn't go, I'll be posting summaries of the some of the sessions over the next few weeks. As the affiliate scholarship recipient, I hope that I can share what I learned in a way that will be helpful to all the members.
